I ate like any other guests and more.....hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Throughout the 2 weeks, I enjoyed an afternoon at Fish Manhattan, had Fish and savory garlic rice..... had Baskin Robbin ice-cream....3 0.r + garden salad KFCs, pizzas, chicken rice at the Chicken Rice Shop, satay kajang, nasi lemak pak Osman, yong taufu steam boat style, keropok leko goreng, McD, Coconut Ice-cream shake ...ummm......ummmm....ummm delicious.......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its been 10 days now I haven't been doing my daily walks in the park or anywhere else. Why haven't I been doing that? Well to experiment and see what my result would be like?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are my results as off 15 June 2006&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight: 75.2kg (Dropped 2.4kg from 77.6kg)&lt;br /&gt;Body Fat: 24.2% (Gained 0.4% from 23.8%)&lt;br /&gt;Visceral Fat: 12% (Dropped 1% from 13%)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All my coach could say was, Deen, you been eating too much simple carbohydrates, watch it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From this its seems that without depriving myself of all these simple carbohydrate foods that i love so much, I still lose weight but my progress of reducing my overall body fat slowed down. I think I need to get back to my daily walks again of some sort so that i can manage my body fat more effectively.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember in my firstblog, I have a goal of having 19% body fat? Well I'm going to achieve that......(and you know what? The next challenge for me after achieving that would be to keep it off. I am confident that I can do it because my coach has been doing it for the past 12 years. She's a mother of 4 kids, the 4th baby delivered last 30th March 2006. Before the program, was suffering back pain, hypertension &amp; wind. Immediately after delivering the baby, started the program, never done the usual 'post-pregnancy' massage to chase away the wind and to reinstate the internal abdomen organ, like traditional practise. He is Mr. Abu Bakar. He started the program in 2 May 2006. He's 38 years of age, 168 cm tall and his weight stats at the time were:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight: 81.8kg&lt;br /&gt;Body Fat: 27.8%&lt;br /&gt;Visceral Fat: 15%&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I met him yesterday. I haven't met him for 3 weeks. We normally just talk on the phone during my customer-care service follow-up with him. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;His current result as of yesterday were:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight: Lost 3kg (from 81.8kg to 78.8kg) &lt;br /&gt;Body Fat: Lost 0.3% (from 27.8% to 27.5%) &lt;br /&gt;Visceral Fat: Lost 2% (from 15% to 13%)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He also told me that he's a heavy smoker and that he used to smoke 2 box of 14 cigaretes a day but now he manages to take a box a day. He said that the program made him feel the cigarettes a little distaseful.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hmmmm...interesting I thought. I'm glad that the program helped him cut down his smoking. So does this means the program can help other smokers to cut down their cigs? I don't know. May be, may be not. The program was not design for that. They are the same as earlier this month except my reading for visceral fat is 13% - gone down by 1%.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was told earlier in the program that in the process of losing weight, plateauing would happen. I was advice to continue with the program as this is normal. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've lost so far 8kg and 6.6% of body fat.... my target is now not so much on weight but to lose fat. I  want to be in the 14%-20% body fat range. I didn't feel any cramp pains....so next time if I get some 'bumps' like this, I still can do my 'cloud walking' on the Fit-n-Fold Strider.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Tomorrow morning I think I can start back my walking routine since the pains have virtually gone. Thank God!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whilst I was  on  the strider this  afternoon ,  I put on  a work-out VCD. The work-out was a mix of dancing, yoga and Pilates. I manage to persuade my sister and my wife to join me with my daily walks. At first they were giving excuses but once we got there, they had a laugh!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The  scenaries were beatiful.  Next time I'm there I'll get some pictures  taken and post them here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the way back to my car, as I was just about to get into the drivers sit, the calf of my right leg got cramped! The pain was new to me! It felt like they were slithering snakes moving inside my calf!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the time, my thoughts were "Whats this slithering motion in my calf???" Then my wife and sister console me thats its just cramp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, I had never felt a cramp like this. Usually I get cramps when I'm swimming! But that cramp is nothing like this!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even till now, as I'm typing this, I still feel cramp pains.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was scold by my sister and my wife because I did not start my walks with a warm-up exercise. Well, whats there to warm-up? I haven't had this problem in the past!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I learn my lesson. Not much right? But when look at my body fat analysis Ive lost 2.9%. Whats the explaination forthis?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was told by my weight management coach that since I've been exercising, I'm building muscle and at the same time I am burning more fat. And the weight due to the fat that I lost is quickly replace by the weight of the muscle that I'm building. So thats why I only lost 1 kg but the fat lost is 2.9%. Does this makes sense to you? To me it make sense.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By the way my coach got a new measurement machine that now not only measures body fat but it also measures the visceral fat - fat that stick around the internal organs. That is, not taking rice and excercise. Well, heres what actually happen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Within this past 10 days I kept my word of not taking rice except once I took Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice). Why did I ate that? Well everyone in the house has taken their meal and there were half a bowl left. So instead of wasting it. I finished it off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what did I take in place of rice? I ate mee or meehoon or whole-grain bread. I'm not sure wether mee or meehoon are not much different to rice. Since they are simple carbohydrates,right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise...... I manage to exercise 4 times during this 10 days. The 1st time was that I walked for about 2 km. I don't know what got into me to walk that far...hehe....I sure did get leg cramps after that on the next day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The other 3 times I simply jog in one place not moving anywhere. In bahasa we call it 'Joging' Setempat for about 1000 steps.  And thats about it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So with all these additional 'activities', what are my results?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, my current weight as of this writing is 80kgs and my body fat is 29.4%.  This is truly exciting for me.  By the way I still did ate KFC twice. 1st was with 1 salad with chicken nuggets and 2 pieces of chicken original recipe while the second time also the same but with an  additional chicken piece .....heheh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the next two weeks I'm planning on having whole-grain bread sandwiches in my ordinary 1 meal schedule and exercise more regularly. It read 82kg, I ask the coach to confirm what I'm readingand he confirmed it. Then I get my body fat analysis measured and it read 30.2%. I just couldn't believe it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I told my coach that I've been eating a lot of my favorite foods the past whole week and yet I still loose weight! Amazing! He told me that if I want to loose faster, then I must cut down or abstain from rice unless I eat brown rice and that I must exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey I do want to loose my weight faster. In addition to using the program, why not I start exercising regularly and abstain from rice, what would my results be like?
